A Civil affair

Yet another"Senior Civil Servant", in hot water.

Nameless and faceless incompetence strikes again.

More than 500 offenders from abroad. Not placed on the record!!

By all means, we should have a private disciplinary process, to protect the innocent.

But if negligence or incompetence is proved, perhaps we should know who is responsible , and what measures have been taken.

By this time next year, we will have amassed a sufficient number to populate the Big Brother House with offenders. "Civil Big Brother".
Already `adequately` funded from the public purse, no fees payable.
No doubt there would be ample backstabbing to satisfy even the most discerning Channel 4 CEO.
There would of course, be the added bonus of a potential whistle blower, thereby guaranteeing avid viewing in the Houses of the Holy. Especially for "Diary Room Uncut"
