A new scheme may be being considered behind closed doors in the corridors of power.
Benefit recipients who receive a fortnightly subsistence allowance could take part in the new system.
They will be offered the opportunity to either accept the prescribed amount, or "gamble" .
Government advisor, a Mr P.O`Grady in a leaked e mail wrote:
"Winners will be able to triple their benefits, and win a six month course with an ADHD counsellor.
Losers will be able to "come back next week" and give it another go."
